Voice Technology Solutions Specialist
Key Accountabilities
• Assist MS account teams and partners in delivering “Voice Design Wins” and “Voice Lighthouse Wins” where customers are using a Microsoft-only Voice solution for a number of seats, replacing legacy telephone equipment.
• Implement the MS strategy of “surrounding the PBX” by both partnering with PBX vendors to secure interoperable solutions with existing telephony and voice solutions, and competing with them to ensure as deployment of Microsoft functionality wherever possible in the Unified Communications stack.
• Engaging in presales activity (Demonstrations, Architectural Design and Proof of Concepts) for customers to help to secure lighthouse the above wins
• Heavy Partner interaction including supporting key partner driven deals, helping with partner readiness and especially supporting VPP (Voice Partner Program) partners / National System Integrators to secure and deploy Voice Design wins and Lighthouse wins.
• Gathering key feedback from customers and partners and escalating feedback with the Microsoft product groups concerning features, roadmaps, deal blockers etc.
• Acting as the local expert to transfer knowledge to other Microsoft Account Teams, Specialist Sales resources and Consultant resources in Russia and occasionally outside Russia to help them understand Microsoft’s Voice business and technology.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1) Essential Experience
A proven track record of working with Voice and VoIP technology is essential.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in consulting or technical sales within the IT industry with main focus on communication infrastructure (Telephony, Email, IM).
Strong knowledge of Voice and telephony solutions and industry landscape.

2) Technical / Functional Skills
Good knowledge of the partner and competitor offerings – especially Cisco, Nortel, Ericsson
Proven technical competence in Telephony/VoIP
Microsoft Messaging and collaboration infrastructure preferred but not required.

Premier Field Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the investigation and isolation of unique and challenging problems, and when necessary collaborate with product development teams to devise a plan for resolution that meets the customer’s needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, both external and internal customers. Delivery of support within predefined service level agreement.
• Collaborate with resources from other support groups as needed to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Define methods and process to lead both customers and internal resources through technical issue deconstruction and analysis.
• Provide direction to others on the management and analysis of issues, review solutions, review technical documentation for accuracy and depth, and deliver technical training.
• Report software bugs to product groups. Advise on potential software improvements during the design and pre-release process.
• MSTV Support Services provides 24 x 7 x 365 support. Off-hours support, evening, and weekend shifts may be required. Travel of 10-30% may also be required.

Required Skills, Behaviors, and Knowledge
• B.S. degree in C.S. or equivalent work experience
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
(English fluency both verbal and writing is required)
Has highly detailed, thorough understanding of the knowledge/skill in one or more of the following areas and is able to apply it with tremendous effectiveness when managing customer problems.
• Windows Server 2003 / IIS / Active Directory
• Networking (Large Scale Networks)
• SQL Administration
• C# / ASP.NET (Debugging)
• MOM (Knowledge of MOM, what’s generated to MOM)


Mobility Solutions Specialist

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the success of Microsoft’s Mobility business in the Russian marketing by building a pipeline of System Center Mobile Device Manager / Windows Mobile 6.1 opportunities. Primary focus is on the Russian market with the potential to expand across the CEE area over time.
Responsible in identifying opportunities for Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility solutions in customers and driving those opportunities through the sales cycle to closure.
Working with key partners (SIs, OEM, Providers etc) to ensure local readiness in the partner community and also to drive mutual opportunities.
Raising awareness of the Enterprise Mobility solution inside the Microsoft Specialist Community by providing skills transfer and sales training where required.
Providing feedback from your area and vertical expertise to the Worldwide Product Group

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1) Essential Experience
Solution Selling experience – proven success with enterprise customers, working knowledge of solution-selling strategies and tactics and business value selling.
A minimum of 7 years experience in Enterprise software sales / mobility sales, enterprise consulting or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience and success engaging with senior executives in a sales process and working with leading consulting, systems integrator and major mobility / communications providers.
Proven track record in Communications sector or Mobility space.
2) Technical / Functional Skills
Strong understanding of Mobility solutions deployed in the Enterprise, and the competitive landscape (eg Blackberry)
